I'm a software engineering lead at Fathom Health, where I've been focusing on creating machine learning pipelines to automate medical coding. I love to collaborate with others and continuously learn as the field of software development changes. Lately I've been building agentic workflows and tooling — pushing what AI coding assistants can do in a production engineering context.

When I'm not at a keyboard, you'll find me skiing, playing golf or tennis, or planning my next trip. I'm also a PADI-certified scuba diver and have been building a video game on the side.

    Software Engineering Lead

    Lead teams of up to 10 engineers delivering production ML coding pipelines for Primary Care and Emergency Department customers, driving over $5M in ARR. Automated much of customer onboarding with Claude Code — authoring agent-runnable skill suites and reusable abstractions — cutting effort by 50% across 90% of new customers. Built a common Athena EHR integration that reduced per-customer setup by 75%. Drove the company-wide TensorFlow v1→v2 migration to prevent loss of critical model training infrastructure. Ran the on-call continuous-improvement team, cutting weekly P0 incidents and on-call effort by ~80%.

    Spearheaded a multi-scope inference system that increased automation across Radiology and Emergency Department coding, establishing the reusable foundation later pipelines were built on. Cleaned and unified raw customer data, then fine-tuned production coding models across multiple integrations — helping bring up $1.5M in ARR.
